Brief Profile

Master of Science in Economics obtained an operational license from the Directorate General of Higher Education Number: 70 / E. E2 / DT / 2014 dated January 28, 2014; the Master Program in Economics FEB UNNES succeeded in obtaining “Superior” accreditation status from the Independent Accreditation Institute for Business Management and Accounting Economics (LAMEMBA) based on Decree Number 670 / DE/A.5 / AR.10 / VIII / 2023 dated August 3, 2023 which is valid until August 31, 2028.

The Study Program has a scientific vision to become a study program with an international reputation that contributes to the development of economics with particular attention to sustainable development. The Study Program has a curriculum designed to produce graduates who can assess social and economic issues based on the latest economic theories and empirical methods. Graduates are also expected to produce critical scientific analysis, offer solutions through approaches involving various disciplines, and receive national and international awards. Those who graduate will be awarded the title of Master of Science (M. Sc).
