Brief Profile

Geography study program is one of the study programs within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, which was established on September 20, 2001, accredited “EXCELLENT” from LAMSAMA May 4, 2023 – May 4, 2028, internationally certified by AQAS until September 30, 2027. The Geography Study Program has a vision of organizing study programs that are of international standard, innovative, superior character, can work together, and are responsive to environmental problems, nations, and countries based on local values. Learning in the Geography Study Program involves varied classroom, laboratory, and field learning models. Geography laboratory consists of 11 sub-laboratories to support learning in the Geography Study Program. Students get the experience of 4 credits of field courses (Study of Geographical Phenomena I and II) and four credits of Internship courses at Geography Study Program Partners, both Government and private agencies.
