Universitas Negeri Semarang is a public university in the city of Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The university is located in Gunungpati, a highland area of Semarang City, Central Java. 

Living in a big city like Semarang means public transportation is easy to find. The modes ranging from city buses, taxi, to online transportation like GoJek, Grab, and Maxim. Universitas Negeri Semarang is located 45 minutes away from Ahmad Yani Airport by car or taxi. If you are going from the Poncol Train Station, it takes only 20 minutes.
