The Asset and Business Optimization Agency (BOAB), formerly known as the Business Development Agency (BPB), was established through Rector’s Regulation No. 20 of 2015 concerning the Management of Business Units under the Business Development Agency of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Subsequently, following the issuance of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Regulation (PERMENRISTEKDIKTI) No. 23 of 2015 on the Organization and Governance of UNNES, Rector’s Regulation No. 25 of 2018 on the Business Development Agency (BPB) of UNNES was also enacted.
BOAB is responsible for establishing new business units, developing existing units, and optimizing resources, both human resources and other assets owned by UNNES.
The UNNES Student Dormitory provides accommodation for UNNES students to support their academic success.
Puslakes UNNES offers comprehensive health services aimed at creating and maintaining a healthy campus community.
UNNES Press provides printing and publishing support for the academic community of UNNES and the broader society.
WISMA UNNES serves as a comfortable lodging and rest facility, available for a variety of events and personal needs.
KWU UNNES provides gym and fitness center facilities to promote the physical well-being of the UNNES community.
UNNES Venue provides versatile event spaces suitable for hosting major events and gatherings.
