Campus Facilities

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) provides various campus facilities to support and enhance activities within the campus environment. UNNES campus facilities are very diverse, ranging from the UNNES Training Center, Career Development and Entrepreneurship Center, UNNES Language and Culture Center, UNNES Library, Sports Facilities, UNNES Auditorium, Student Dormitory, Ulul Albab Mosque, Medical Center (Puslakes), and UNNES Press. UNNES will always strive to develop and improve the quality of UNNES campus facilities so that they can always provide excellent services.

Housing and Dining

UNNES provides affordable dormitory facilities for its students. The dormitory has various room types that are equipped with basic facilities such as beds, study tables, and wardrobes. Students can choose between a single or double room, and the dormitory provides shared bathrooms on each floor. The dormitory also has a communal kitchen, laundry area, and lounge area for the students. The fee for the dormitory is relatively low, making it an accessible and convenient option for students who are studying at UNNES.

UNNES Smart Classroom

UNNES has a Smart Classroom facility that supports hybrid learning. This facility is equipped with modern technology, such as projectors, interactive whiteboards, and high-speed internet, to support both online and offline learning. With this facility, lecturers can conduct classes both in-person and virtually, simultaneously. The Smart Classroom provides a comfortable and innovative learning experience, enabling students to engage in an interactive and collaborative learning environment. This facility aligns with UNNES’s vision to provide quality and innovative education that prepares students for the challenges of the 21st century.

UNNES Library

UNNES library is a library at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) that provides a self-return service and operates 24 hours a day. The library is equipped with the latest technology and offers a comprehensive collection of books. The self-return service allows users to return their borrowed books even after the library is closed, providing convenience for students who may have a busy schedule. With its extensive book collection and cutting-edge facilities, UNNES library is an ideal learning resource for students and faculty at UNNES.

UNNES Medical Center

UNNES Medical Center (Puslakes) is an integrated health service center located within the campus of Universitas Negeri Semarang, established on June 5th, 2012. With its facilities and potential human resources, UNNES is capable of providing primary healthcare services to support the academic community and general public. UNNES Medical Center (Puslakes) UNNES provides various health services, including general health and dental care for all UNNES academic communities and the public. Quality Prolanis services are also available for BPJS Health participants in PUSLAKES. Simple laboratory examination services are also provided, and counseling services are available for adolescent reproductive health, smoking cessation, and nutrition. Occupational services, laboratory services, and other healthcare services are also provided. Additionally, UNNES Medical Center (Puslakes) provides health services for the health examination of new UNNES students and the skill selection test.

UNNES Languages and Culture Center

The Center for Language and Culture at UNNES is a facility dedicated to the study of language and culture. The center provides a wide range of language programs for both students and staff, including Indonesian language courses for international students, and foreign language courses for local students. In addition, the center also offers cultural programs and activities, such as traditional dance and music performances, which serve to promote and preserve Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage. With its modern facilities and experienced faculty, the Center for Language and Culture at UNNES is committed to providing an immersive and rewarding learning experience for all.

UNNES Sport Center

UNNES Sports Center is a sports facility that provides a range of sports facilities for the academic community and the general public. The sports center has a variety of sports facilities, including a swimming pool, a jogging track, a soccer field, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a fitness center. With a wide range of facilities, UNNES Sports Center supports physical activities and sports for all ages and abilities. The sports center also provides regular coaching programs, training, and workshops to help participants develop their skills and techniques. With its well-equipped facilities and professional staff, the UNNES Sports Center is a great place for sports enthusiasts to enjoy and develop their physical fitness.
