Brief Profile

Vision

The study program creates world-renowned leaders who excel in knowledge and practical management, business, and entrepreneurship, while upholding ethics and social responsibility.

 

Mission

  1. To organize and develop an excellent and world-renowned education process in the study of business management and entrepreneurship with a conservation perspective.
  2. To produce and advance knowledge and technology in the study of business management and entrepreneurship.
  3. To integrate research and community service into the study of business management and entrepreneurship, fostering an innovative academic culture.
  4. To expand collaboration networks with stakeholders in business management and entrepreneurship.

 

Objectives

  1. To produce graduates with a professional leadership mindset in developing competencies in business management and entrepreneurship.
  2. To produce graduates capable of addressing issues in business management and entrepreneurship through innovative research.
  3. To produce graduates who can make decisions and provide professional solutions based on the analysis of business management and entrepreneurship principles aligned with ethical values.

Strategy

To achieve the vision of the study program that creates world-renowned leaders with excellence in the field of management, business, and entrepreneurship with a conservation perspective, while upholding ethics and social responsibility, there are several strategies that can be implemented:

  1. Enhancing the professionalism and quality of faculty members in the Master’s Program in Management through professional competency and knowledge training.
  2. Refining the curriculum of the Master’s Program in Management and revising it according to industry needs, in order to produce graduates with strong competencies in both theoretical understanding and practical entrepreneurship in economics, business, and management.
  3. Establishing a research direction (roadmap) for faculty and students in Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management, while considering conservation values and educational excellence.
  4. Providing quality education/lectures, ensuring smooth course delivery, regularly evaluating faculty performance, assessing teaching and learning processes, and requiring students to pass the TOEFL examination.
  5. Expanding collaboration networks with industry, other institutions, and other stakeholders to support educational and institutional excellence.
