Brief Profile

Master of Art Education is the first Master’s Program in Indonesia in art education, established in 2001. Until now, the work of the Master of Art Education Study Program has reached over 20 years with EXCELLENT accreditation. This achievement confirms itself as the most senior Master of Art Education Study Program and becomes a reference for similar study programs at other newly established campuses. This study program opens opportunities for academics, practitioners, art educators, or other parties concerned about the art education field to join as academics of the Master of Art Education. The curriculum and learning system of the Master of Art Education Study Program is run based on an interdisciplinary approach. First, it is a scientific discipline involving ontological facts of art and human learning activities, especially in higher education. Second, a learning paradigm, where the learning process uses art as a medium, takes place not only in the middle of the world.
