Visi

Menjadi Program Studi yang bereputasi dunia dan Pelopor Kecemerlangan Pendidikan di Bidang Ekonomi, Bisnis dan Manajemen  yang berwawasan Konservasi

Misi

  1. Menyelenggarakan kegiatan pendidikan yang cemerlang dan bereputasi dunia di bidang ekonomi, Bisnis dan Manajemen yang Berwawasan Konservasi;
  2. Menciptakan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan manejemen;
  3. Melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memecahkan masalah, memberdayakan, dan menyejahterakan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen
  4. Menerapkan tata kelola yang baik dan mampu beradaptasi dan bersinergi denganlingkungan secara berkelanjutan.  
  5. Melaksanakan kerjasama dalam membangun reputasi dalam pendidikan di bidang ekonomi , bisnis dan manajemen.

Tujuan

  1. Mewujudkan kegiatan pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang cemerlang di bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen yang berwawasan konservasi melalui pranata pendidikan dan tata kelola yang efektif, kreatif, serta produktif.
  2. Mewujudkan kerja sama institusi yang berkaitan dengan bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen dalam menunjang kecemerlangan pendidikan dan kelembagaan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen yang mengedepankan profesionalitas.
  3. Menghasilkan dan menyebarluaskan karya-karya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi bereputasi dunia di bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen yang berwawasan konservasi;

Strategi

Menetapkan lima bidang unggulan Program Studi Magister Manajemen yaitu: Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management dan Entrepreneurship Management sebagai payung tugas akhir mahasiswa. Adapun Strategi pencapaian yang dilakukan adalah :

  1. Meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kualitas dosen program Studi Sistem Magister Manajemen melalui pelatihan kompetensi profesi dan keilmuan,
  2. Penyempurnaan kurikulum Program Studi Magister Manajemen dan melakukan revisi kurikulum yang up to date sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri guna terciptanya lulusan Program Studi Magister Manajemen yang memiliki komptensi yang baik dalam pemahaman keilmuan maupun praktek wirasu di bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen.
  3. Menetapkan arah penelitian dosen (roadmap) dan mahasiswa ke bidang Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management dan Entrepreneurship Management dengan memperhatikan nilai-nilai konservasi.
  4. Menyelenggarakan proses pendidikan/perkuliahan yang berkualitas, dengan memastikan proses perkuliahan berjalan dengan baik dan secara rutin melakukan evaluasi kinerja dosen, evaluasi proses belajar mengajar, dan mewajibkan mahasiswa lulus dengan sertifikat ujian TOEFL.
  5. Memperluas jaringan Kerjasama dengan dunia industry, institusi lain dan skatekholder lainnya untuk menunjang kecemerlangan penididikan dan kelembagaan.

    Menjadi pendidik dalam mentransfer pengetahuan manajemen bisnis dan kewirausahan serta turut mengimplementasikan melalui kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.
