Profil Singkat

Prodi S1 Manajemen adalah salah satu dari sepuluh prodi yang terdapat di Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis (FEB), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan S1 di bidang ilmu manajemen dengan tujuan menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu menerapkan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan manajemen, khususnya bidang manajemen keuangan, pemasaran, dan sumber daya manusia secara profesional dengan berpenggang teguh pada nilai-nilai karakter dan nilai-nilai konservasi. Lulusan jurusan manajemen juga dibekali dengan keterampilan skill manajerial dan entrepreneurship.

  2. Pegawai Bank (Account Officer) : Menjadi pegawai Bank yang bertanggung jawab atas usaha penyimpanan dan penyaluran dana milik masyarakat kepada masyarakat lain yang membutuhkan.
  3. Staf Penjualan (Sales) : Menjadi sales yang mampu menawarkan produk atau jasa kepada konsumen sesuai dengan keilmuan yang dimiliki.
  4. Staf Operasional dan Logistik : Mampu mempraktekkan ilmu-ilmu operasional dan logistic sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman.
  5. Product Manager : Menjadi manajer yang mampu menguasai teori-teori produksi yang dapat diimpelentasikan dengan baik.
  6. Pegawai Asuransi : Menjadi pegawai asuransi yang amanah, jujur dan berintegritas di bidangnya dengan berdasar pada keilmuan manajemen

Kelas IUP dirancang untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu bersaing pada level global. Mahasiswa yang bergabung berasal dari berbagai negara. Prodi Manajemen S1 UNNES memiliki beberapa mahasiswa asing yang berasal dari, Rusia, Kyrgiztan dan Timor Leste. Bahasa pengantar yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan Bahasa Inggris.
