Brief Profile

Guidance and Counseling Study Program at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Universitas Negeri Semarang, aims to create graduates who are ready to act as educators, research assistants, laboratories, media developers, entrepreneurs, and motivators in the field of Guidance and Counseling. They are expected to have personalities that reflect the values of Pancasila, have conservation insights, and gain an international reputation.

With the motto “Counseling Yes We Can, Counsellor Yes I am,” the Guidance and Counseling Study Program  continues to expand its knowledge, especially in a strengths-based approach that focuses on cultivating conservation values and characters. Supported by teaching staff who have doctoral and professor qualifications, a modern curriculum, advanced learning facilities, and an extensive network of cooperation at national and international levels, the Guidance and Counseling Study Program has been recognized as the best provider of Guidance and Counseling in Indonesia with achievements recognized nationally and internationally.
