Brief Profile

English Literature program was established in 1998 after being given a broader mandate to the Department of English Education  of the Faculty of Language and Art Education (FPBS) IKIP Semarang. The position of this study program was strengthened by the change in status from the Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (IKIP) Semarang to Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) in 1999. The English Literature program is part of the Department of English Language and Literature under the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Semarang.
