Brief Profile

Development Economics Study program at Universitas Negeri Semarang was formed based on the decree of the Minister of Education of Indonesia with the Study Program Implementation License Number from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education Number: 2304 / D / T / 2001. Establishing the Development Economics Study Program also followed the vision and mission of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) and the Faculty of Economics UNNES to become a conservation-minded and internationally reputable university.

The vision of the Development Economics Study Program is to become a development economics study program with conservation insight and international reputation. The purpose of the Development Economics Study Program as part of UNNES is to become a leading Development Economics Study Program in Indonesia of international quality, as a center of excellence for education, research, and community service in the field of development economics by upholding ethics, honesty, and social responsibility.
