The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) has issued a Circular on the Evaluation and Final Reporting of Research Activities Funded by the 2026 FISIP DPA to all research team leaders. The circular is part of the faculty’s efforts to ensure that the administrative, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes for the 2026 research activities are completed in an orderly manner and in accordance with the established requirements. The circular states that the final deadline for completing the research activities is October 16, 2026, while the deadline for uploading the final report is October 5, 2026.
As the research activities enter their final stage, researchers are expected to promptly complete all required documents and administrative procedures through the SIPP platform. These include uploading the approved final report, completing the logbook to 100%, uploading evidence of research activities and supporting documents for expenditures, completing the budget utilization report, and uploading the research profile. Researchers are also required to contact the assigned reviewers according to the plotting list after uploading the final report, as the review process is one of the requirements for the disbursement of the second-stage funding amounting to 30%.
To support the smooth completion of the evaluation and reporting process, FISIP UNNES urges all research teams to pay close attention to the deadlines and ensure that all required documents are complete. Delays in uploading the final report until the second-stage funding disbursement may result in a penalty of 1‰ (one per mille) for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 5%, calculated from the specified deadline.
