The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Universitas Negeri Semarang (FISIP UNNES) conducted an on-site assessment by LAMPSAK for its Undergraduate Political Science Study Program on 17 April 2026, held at the 3rd Floor Hall of Building C7, FISIP UNNES. This activity constitutes an important part of higher education quality assurance and continuous academic quality improvement.
The event was officially opened by the Dean of FISIP UNNES, who also delivered welcoming remarks and expressed appreciation to the assessor team, namely Ahmad Ali Nurdin from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati and Winengan from UIN Mataram, who were responsible for evaluating the implementation of the Political Science Study Program. The event was also attended by Rudi Hartono, Head of the UNNES Quality Assurance Office, along with his team and the entire Political Science Study Program task force.
The on-site assessment process included a review of academic documents, interviews with various stakeholders, and direct observation of facilities and infrastructure supporting teaching and learning activities. This comprehensive evaluation aimed to ensure that educational standards, program governance, and student learning outcomes meet the established accreditation criteria.
This activity also aligns with FISIP UNNES’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, by enhancing inclusive and globally competitive higher education. In addition, strengthening institutional governance and academic accountability contributes to Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
Through this on-site assessment, the Undergraduate Political Science Study Program of FISIP UNNES is expected to achieve optimal accreditation results and further enhance its competitiveness at both national and international levels, while reinforcing its role in producing competent and integrity-driven graduates.
