Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) is opening the recruitment of Non-ASN Non-Permanent Employees for the year 2026, as announced in Announcement Number: B/1756/UN37/KP.04.00/2026. This recruitment aims to fulfill human resource needs in support of both academic and non-academic activities within the university.
Eligible applicants are Indonesian citizens who meet both the general and specific requirements as stipulated.
General Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Indonesian citizens who are devoted to God Almighty and loyal to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;
- Be no more than 35 years old for Master’s degree (S2) applicants and 40 years old for Doctoral degree (S3) applicants as of March 1, 2026;
- Not be affiliated with any ideology contrary to Pancasila;
- Be physically and mentally healthy;
- Be free from the abuse of narcotics, psychotropic substances, precursors, and other addictive substances;
- Have never been convicted of a crime based on a final and legally binding court decision;
- Not be a member or official of a political party and not be involved in practical politics.
Specific Requirements
In addition to the general requirements, applicants must:
- Submit a handwritten and signed application letter addressed to the Rector of Universitas Negeri Semarang;
- Be willing to sign a statement declaring that they are not under contract with any other institution;
- Hold educational qualifications relevant to the applied position, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (Bachelor’s degree) and 3.25 (Master’s and Doctoral degrees);
- Graduate from an accredited study program and higher education institution in accordance with applicable regulations;
- Upload a recent formal photograph with a red background, along with a Curriculum Vitae.
