The Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Semarang (FEB UNNES), proudly celebrates another international research achievement with the publication of a scholarly article in the Journal of Islamic Marketing, a reputable international journal indexed by Scopus Q2 and published by Emerald Publishing.

The article, entitled “Individual Muslim Behavior in Donating Cash Waqf: Does Cash Waqf Literacy Matter?”, explores the determinants of individual Muslims’ intention to donate cash waqf, emphasizing the critical role of cash waqf literacy in shaping philanthropic behavior. The study provides empirical evidence that improving public understanding of cash waqf can strengthen participation in Islamic social finance and contribute to sustainable socio-economic development.

This publication reflects the Department of Accounting’s commitment to advancing high-quality research that addresses contemporary issues in accounting, Islamic finance, behavioral studies, and sustainable development.
