Another proud achievement has been earned by a student of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science (FISIP), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Putri Amelia from the Sociology and Anthropology Education Study Program successfully won 1st Place in the Early-Stage Food and Beverage Business Category at the Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Indonesia (KMI) Expo XVI 2025, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Technology at Universitas Tidar Magelang. This accomplishment was achieved together with Team Fortizinc, consisting of Althaf Dhamar Rahabistara (FH), Choirul Anam (FEB), Putri Amelia (FISIP), Amelia Rindang Prameswari (FK), and Azzahra Laili Ramadhani (FH), under the guidance of Yustina Dhian Novita, S.H., M.H. The innovation developed by Team Fortizinc focuses on nutritious food and beverage products designed to promote public health and sustainability. Their work stood out not only for its creativity and business potential but also for its meaningful contribution to accessible healthy food solutions for communities. This achievement aligns with UNNES’s commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
The success of Putri Amelia and Team Fortizinc is strong evidence that UNNES students are capable of becoming drivers of innovative, socially impactful, and sustainability-oriented youth entrepreneurship. This accomplishment further strengthens UNNES’s reputation as a conservation-minded university that consistently nurtures outstanding talents for future development. Congratulations on this remarkable achievement!
