Another outstanding achievement has been made by a student of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science (FISIP), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Putri Amelia, a student of the Sociology and Anthropology Education Program, has successfully secured funding for the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) and qualified as a participant in the Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Indonesia (KMI) Expo XVI 2025 with her team, Fortizinc.
This accomplishment was supported by the guidance of Yustina Dhian Novita, S.H., M.H. (Faculty of Law) as the technical supervisor and Dr. Nurul Fatimah, M.Si. (FISIP) as the entrepreneurship mentor. Their assistance helped the Fortizinc team refine and present an innovative business proposal that responds to community needs and promotes sustainability.
Through the P2MW funding and participation in the KMI Expo, Putri Amelia and her team will have the opportunity to further develop their business professionally—from production management and branding to national-level marketing strategies. These programs serve as crucial platforms for students to transform from consumers into future job creators.
This achievement also reflects FISIP UNNES’s contribution to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the enhancement of students’ entrepreneurial capacity, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by fostering new business opportunities, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) through the development of creative and sustainable innovations.
The success of Putri Amelia and the Fortizinc team serves as an inspiration for other students to continue creating, innovating, and contributing to society through sustainable, socially oriented entrepreneurship. FISIP UNNES extends its appreciation for this achievement and remains committed to supporting a creative, competitive, and future-oriented student entrepreneurship ecosystem.
