On Wednesday (22/05/2024), the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Semarang State University (FISIP UNNES) received a visit from PGRI Madiun University in the framework of Benchmarking S2 Social Studies Education Study Program. This activity was held by the PGRI Madiun University S2 Social Studies Education Study Program with the aim of improving the quality of institutions through the exchange of ideas, experiences, and innovations.

This benchmarking activity is one of the efforts made by Universitas PGRI Madiun to improve the quality of education in their institution. During the visit, the delegation from Universitas PGRI Madiun had the opportunity to discuss directly with academics and managers of the Social Studies Education Study Program S2 FISIP UNNES. This exchange of ideas and experiences is expected to provide new insights and inspiration for both institutions in developing quality study programs.

After the benchmarking session, FISIP UNNES invited all guests from Universitas PGRI Madiun to join the FISIP Edu Tour. This educational tour includes visits to various laboratories in FISIP UNNES, which are supporting facilities for lecture and research activities. This benchmarking activity is not only a place to exchange experiences, but also a real step in establishing closer cooperation between universities.

The benchmarking visit from Universitas PGRI Madiun ended with a group photo and souvenir exchange as a symbol of cooperation and good relations between the two institutions. FISIP UNNES welcomes this initiative and hopes to continue to collaborate in various programs that can improve the quality of education and research.
