Semarang, FIS UNNES. Fakultas Ilmu sosial Universitas Negeri Semarang dan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Terbuka  sepakat melaksanakan kerjasama yang dituangkan dalam bentuk penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama yang dilaksanakan di gedung C7 FIS UNNES, Senin, 13 Desember 2021.

Dalam dokumen tersebut disebutkan bahwa Dr. Moh. Solehatul Mustofa, M.A., Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Semarang, diangkat berdasarkan Keputusan Rektor Nomor B/651/UN37/HK.02/2019 tanggal 15 Juli 2019 dengan demikian sah mewakili dan bertindak untuk dan atas nama Universitas Negeri Semarang, berkedudukan di Jl. Raya Sekaran, Kel. Sekaran, Kec. Gunungpati, Kota Semarang, Provinsi. Jawa Tengah, selanjutnya disebut sebagai PIHAK PERTAMA

Selanjutnya, Dr. Ucu Rahayu, M.Sc., Dekan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Terbuka, yang diangkat berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1749/MPK/UN31/HK/2021 tanggal 8 Maret 2021, dengan demikian sah mewakili dan bertindak untuk dan atas nama Universitas Terbuka, berkedudukan di Tangerang Selatan, Jalan Cabe Raya, Pondok Cabe, Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, 15418, selanjutnya disebut sebagai PIHAK KEDUA.

Kedua pihak bersepakat melaksanakan kerja sama dalam penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, serta Program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM).

Selanjutnya dijelaskan bahwa tujuan kerja sama tersebut adalah: 1) Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi melalui penguatan keunggulan komparatif (academic excellence) masing-masing perguruan tinggi, 2) Memperkaya pengalaman dan konteks keilmuan yang didapat di perguruan tinggi mitra yang mempunyai kekhasan atau wahana penunjang pembelajaran, 3) Meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di masing-masing perguruan tinggi, 4) Memperkuat dan menambah kompetensi lulusan perguruan tinggi, 5) Mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan soft skill mahasiswa yang kooperatif dan kompetitif di tingkat global, dan 6) Melaksanakan kerja sama Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dalam Pertukaran Pelajar yang bersifat resiprokal.

Secara spesifik kerja sama kedua belah pihak adalah kerja sama penyelenggaraan pendidikan antar program studi di lingkungan kedua belah pihak, yaitu Program Studi S-1 Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam bentuk Pertukaran mahasiswa maksimal 40 SKS. Melalui kerja sama tersebut mahasiswa Prodi PPKn FIS UNNES mempunyai kesempatan menempuh studi di PPKn FKIP UT maksimal 40 SKS, dan sebaliknya.

Kegiatan penandatanganan tersebut dihadiri dan disaksikan oleh kedua belah pihak. Dari pihak FIS UNNES, ikut mendampingi Dekan adalah Prof Wasino, Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik, Dr Apik Budi Santoso, Wakil Dekan Bidang Umum dan Keuangan, Prof Eva Banowati, Wakil Dekan Bidang Kemahasiswaan.

Hadir dan ikut menandatangani kerjasama adalah Ketua Jurusan PKN, Drs Tijan, MSi, Sekretaris Jurusan, Andi Suhardiyanto MSi, danKepala Laboratorium, Norochmad Isdaryanto, MSi.
