The Treasury Goes to Campus activity located in the Hall of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Semarang, went successfully and smoothly. The activity was held on Thursday 12 March 2020. This activity aimed to introduce various activities carried out by the Directorate General of Treasury for the Treasury in the Central Java Region. One of the roles of the Directorate General of Treasury is improving the stability of state finances. This activity was held in collaboration between the Faculty of Economics UNNES and the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, and the World Bank Office. Treasury Goes to Campus was opened by the Dean of FE, Drs. Heri Yanto., M.B.A., Ph. D and continued with remarks by the Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury Prov. Central Java, Sulaimansyah SE, and followed by the signing of the MoU by both parties. After that, the World Bank Senior Public Finance Management Specialist, Hari Purnomo, gave a keynote speech.
A lot of knowledge was obtained by students and lecturers in this activity. Among them are Optimizing Cash, Directorate of State Treasury Management, Directorate General of Treasury, Distribution Village Funds’ mechanism, Special Physical Allocation Funds, and BOS Funds. In addition, it also explains the General Policy of Village Funds and BOS Funds and their Absorption. The total Village Fund transferred to the Village Treasury account was 72 trillion in 2019. Meanwhile, the BOS Fund transferred in 2019 was 51,226 billion.
