Service Survey

In an effort to improve the quality of public services, the Faculty of Languages and Arts at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) has conducted a series of satisfaction surveys as part of a continuous improvement initiative regarding the services provided by the faculty. The collection of service assessment data focuses on the services provided by the Faculty of Languages and Arts at UNNES in supporting both academic and non-academic activities. The survey was administered to the academic community, encompassing lecturers, educational staff, students, partner institutions, alumni, and employers of alumni. This survey serves as a basis for institutional evaluation and subsequent follow-up actions.

The services provided by the Faculty of Languages and Arts at UNNES in supporting academic and non-academic activities have been rated as good by lecturers, educational staff, students, partner institutions, alumni, and employers of alumni.
