Enhancing International Education Quality, UNNES Participates in Higher Education Exhibition in China

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) served as a key contributor at the Shandong College Entrance Examination Enrollment Consultation Conference held in Jinan City, Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China (PRC).

In collaboration with its partner, Yuanli Education Technology, UNNES joined over 500 universities from the PRC in emphasizing the importance of higher education on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

The Shandong College Entrance Examination Enrollment Consultation Conference, a mandatory event for high school students in Jinan City, provided a platform for UNNES to promote its study programs and outstanding facilities.

The event attracted more than 700,000 students, accompanied by parents or guardians with a keen interest in pursuing higher education abroad.

UNNES participated by offering comprehensive information about its curriculum, career opportunities, and its superior and high-quality learning environment.

UNNES Rector, Prof. Dr. S Martono, reiterated the university’s commitment to preparing competent young generations ready to compete globally.

“UNNES’s participation in this event is a tangible manifestation of our efforts to expand our international network and contribute to the development of global education,” stated the Professor from the Faculty of Economics and Business.

Additionally, UNNES presented various scholarships and student exchange programs to students interested in continuing their studies in Indonesia. This initiative aims to strengthen the relationship between UNNES and educational institutions in Shandong, fostering future academic and research collaborations.

The event was met with great enthusiasm from students and parents eager to obtain reliable information about higher education at UNNES.

UNNES hopes that its participation will have a significant positive impact, supporting cultural exchange and enhancing the quality of international education.
