UNNES GIAT 16 Dampingi Legalitas UMKM, Cireng Cimol Desa Sudungdewo Miliki NIB

Legalitas usaha menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Kepemilikan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dapat menjadi langkah awal bagi pelaku usaha untuk memperoleh perlindungan hukum, akses permodalan, serta peluang pengembangan usaha yang lebih luas.

Melihat kondisi tersebut, mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) UNNES GIAT 16 di Desa Sudungdewo, Wonosobo, melaksanakan program kerja bidang Ekonomi Kreatif berupa pendampingan pengurusan NIB bagi pelaku UMKM cireng cimol. Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari kolaborasi antara Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Desa Sudungdewo, dan pelaku UMKM sebagai mitra binaan.

Pendampingan dilaksanakan pada 29 Juli 2026 secara langsung di lokasi usaha UMKM cireng cimol di Desa Sudungdewo dengan melibatkan pemilik usaha sebagai peserta utama. Program tersebut digagas mahasiswa UNNES GIAT 16 sebagai respons terhadap kondisi pelaku UMKM di Desa Sudungdewo yang telah lama menjalankan usaha, tetapi belum memiliki legalitas resmi.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, mahasiswa memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha sekaligus mendampingi pemilik UMKM cireng cimol dalam proses pendaftaran NIB melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Pendampingan dilakukan secara personal dan sistematis agar pelaku usaha tidak hanya memperoleh bantuan teknis, tetapi juga memahami manfaat dan tahapan pengurusan legalitas usaha.

“Banyak pelaku usaha di sini yang sebenarnya produknya sudah laris dan dikenal masyarakat, tapi belum punya izin usaha resmi. Padahal NIB ini gratis dan prosesnya tidak sesulit yang dibayangkan,” ujar Fergi, anggota tim mahasiswa UNNES GIAT 16.

Salah satu pelaku UMKM cireng cimol, Nur Halimah, menyampaikan rasa syukur dan antusiasmenya atas pendampingan tersebut. “Alhamdulillah, sekarang usaha cireng cimol saya sudah punya NIB. Sebelumnya saya bingung caranya, tapi karena dibantu adik-adik mahasiswa jadi lebih mudah dan cepat,” tuturnya.

Melalui pendampingan ini, UMKM cireng cimol milik Nur Halimah di Desa Sudungdewo resmi mengantongi NIB per 29 Juli 2026. Legalitas tersebut menjadi modal awal bagi pelaku usaha untuk terus berkembang dan meningkatkan daya saing.

Mahasiswa UNNES GIAT 16 berharap UMKM cireng cimol di Desa Sudungdewo tidak hanya dikenal karena cita rasanya, tetapi juga dapat tumbuh menjadi usaha yang legal, kredibel, dan mampu bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas. Legalitas usaha tersebut juga diharapkan dapat membuka peluang kerja sama dengan mitra bisnis maupun akses terhadap program bantuan pemerintah bagi UMKM.

Program pendampingan ini sejalan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin ke-8, yaitu Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, melalui penguatan legalitas dan daya saing usaha rakyat. Kegiatan tersebut menjadi bagian dari semangat “Bersama UNNES GIAT, Membangun Indonesia dari Desa.”
