Lima Peminatan Kesmas UNNES Hasilkan Inovasi Kesehatan Sekolah

Mahasiswa Program Studi Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menghasilkan sejumlah produk pendukung penguatan kesehatan dan keselamatan sekolah melalui program SKM Penggerak Pendidikan Kesehatan di Sekolah (SKMP). Kegiatan yang berlangsung di SD Negeri Ngijo 01, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang, pada 7 September hingga 2 Oktober 2026 tersebut melibatkan enam mahasiswa dari lima peminatan.

Kelima peminatan tersebut meliputi Administrasi dan Kebijakan Kesehatan (AKK), Biostatistika dan Kependudukan, Epidemiologi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), serta Promosi Kesehatan. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa menerapkan ilmu kesehatan masyarakat melalui identifikasi masalah, pengolahan data, penyusunan rekomendasi, hingga menghasilkan produk yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh sekolah.

Dari peminatan Epidemiologi, mahasiswa melakukan pengamatan terhadap perilaku cuci tangan dan kebiasaan makan siswa. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa cuci tangan belum menjadi kebiasaan meskipun sarana telah tersedia. Mahasiswa kemudian menyusun laporan analisis perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta profil risiko siswa.

Mahasiswa juga merancang sistem pencatatan surveilans penyakit berbasis sekolah melalui telaah absensi kehadiran dan kuesioner riwayat penyakit yang diisi siswa bersama orang tua di rumah. Sistem tersebut memungkinkan sekolah memperbarui data secara daring dan real time. Hasilnya berupa laporan surveilans, database penyakit siswa, dan dashboard morbiditas untuk membantu pemantauan kasus serta menjadi dasar rancangan program kesehatan di sekolah.

Sementara itu, mahasiswa peminatan K3 melakukan inspeksi keselamatan lingkungan sekolah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya bagi siswa dan guru. Pemeriksaan mencakup kondisi alat pemadam api ringan (APAR), instalasi listrik, dan sejumlah fasilitas sekolah lainnya. Mahasiswa juga menyusun peta jalur evakuasi yang menunjukkan arah menuju titik kumpul saat kondisi darurat.

Pada peminatan Biostatistika dan Kependudukan, data kesehatan sekolah diolah menjadi buku profil kesehatan sekolah dan dashboard interaktif. Buku profil menyajikan karakteristik dan kondisi kesehatan siswa secara sistematis, sedangkan dashboard menyajikan data dalam bentuk grafik, tabel, dan informasi visual untuk memudahkan pihak sekolah melihat kondisi kesehatan siswa.

Penguatan tata kelola UKS menjadi fokus mahasiswa peminatan AKK. Melalui audit manajemen UKS, mahasiswa mengidentifikasi kesesuaian pengelolaan UKS dengan pedoman yang berlaku, meliputi struktur organisasi, program kerja, sumber daya, sarana prasarana, serta administrasi dan pencatatan.

Berdasarkan hasil audit tersebut, mahasiswa menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan dan manual pelayanan UKS. Manual tersebut memuat jenis layanan, prosedur, petugas, waktu pelayanan, pencatatan, rujukan, serta standar sarana sebagai acuan sekolah dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada siswa.

Adapun mahasiswa peminatan Promosi Kesehatan melaksanakan edukasi Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS), khususnya mengenai pentingnya sarapan dan aktivitas fisik. Kegiatan tersebut menjadi tahapan akhir dari rangkaian program dengan menggunakan media edukasi yang interaktif dan informatif.

Selain produk dari masing-masing peminatan, setiap mahasiswa menyusun naskah kebijakan sebagai dasar tindak lanjut sekolah. Seluruh hasil kegiatan diserahkan kepada pihak sekolah dalam audiensi pada 2 Oktober 2026 sebagai bahan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut.

Melalui rangkaian kegiatan tersebut, SD Negeri Ngijo 01 diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan data dan produk yang telah disusun untuk membiasakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, memperkuat pencatatan kesehatan siswa, serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih sehat dan aman bagi seluruh warga sekolah.
