Workshop on Higher Education Data Reporting for UNNES AIPT Preparation
In preparation for Institutional Accreditation (Akreditasi Institusi Perguruan Tinggi / AIPT) aimed at achieving an “Excellent” rating, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), through the Quality Assurance Unit (KPM), organized a Workshop on Higher Education Data Reporting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The event took place at the LPPP Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB.
This workshop was conducted as a strategic effort to strengthen comprehensive, accurate, and integrated higher education data reporting. Such efforts are essential to fulfill document criteria and supporting evidence required in the institutional accreditation process.
The event was officially opened by the Vice Rector I of UNNES, who emphasized the importance of synergy among institutional units in ensuring the validity and completeness of reported data. He highlighted that high-quality data is not merely an administrative requirement but also a reflection of the institution’s overall performance and achievements.
The workshop featured a resource person from the Center for Data and Information (Pusdatin) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, who delivered insights on policies, mechanisms, and strategies for reporting data through the PDDIKTI system. In addition, the session provided updates on newly developed features and system enhancements in PDDIKTI, as well as detailed explanations of the data reporting mechanisms from higher education institutions to the Ministry’s central server. These materials were expected to help participants better understand efficient, accurate, and up-to-date reporting processes.
The workshop was attended by heads and secretaries of university quality assurance units, as well as coordinators and PDDIKTI operators from various Faculty/Study Program Management Units (UPPS) within UNNES. Participants also received technical guidance in identifying data requirements and ensuring compliance with established standards.
Through this workshop, participants are expected to enhance their understanding and competence in managing and reporting higher education data, thereby contributing to the successful achievement of an “Excellent” accreditation status for UNNES.
This initiative reflects UNNES’s strong commitment to improving the quality of higher education data governance as part of its continuous efforts toward becoming a competitive and outstanding institution.
