Accreditation Process
  • The accreditation process begins with the preparation of the accreditation form and the required accreditation supporting documents.
  • Once completed, the accreditation form is submitted to the Quality Assurance Office (QAO) for review before being submitted to the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (NAB-HE) or the Independent Accreditation Institution (IAI).
  • The Study Program is required to revise the accreditation form and complete the required data and documents if the review results and the accreditation assessment simulation indicate that the score is still low.
  • If the review results indicate that the Study Program is ready for accreditation submission, the Rector issues a cover letter for the accreditation application.
  • During the submission and upload of accreditation documents, the Quality Assurance Office (QAO) facilitates the document upload for Study Programs applying for accreditation through NAB-HE or SAPTO, while Study Programs that fall under the Independent Accreditation Institution (IAI) submit their accreditation applications independently using the accounts owned by the Study Program or the Study Program Management Unit (SPMU).
  • Subsequently, the monitoring process can be carried out periodically through the systems of either NAB-HE or the Independent Accreditation Institution (IAI).

    • If there is a notification requesting revisions to the accreditation application, the Study Program must make the necessary revisions according to the revision notes provided.

  • After the accreditation assessment has been conducted, the accreditation institution issues a decision in the form of an accreditation assessment decree.
  • Based on the assessment results, the Study Program has the opportunity to appeal the decision. However, if the Study Program accepts the result, the accreditation institution will issue the accreditation certificate.
