The adequacy assessment is conducted online and completed within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the assessor assignment, in accordance with the Adequacy Assessment procedure. The field assessment is conducted by 2 appointed assessors. The field assessment duration is 3 working days, including travel, and is carried out on working days until no later than 20:00. The purpose of the field assessment is to clarify the information reported in the Self-Evaluation Report and Study Program Performance Report against actual on-site conditions, in accordance with the Field Assessment Implementation procedure. The accreditation decision is determined in a plenary meeting held by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Informatics and Computers and attended by its Executive Board to determine the accreditation status of the study program, based on its Accreditation Decision Determination instrument. The Accreditation Decision Determination procedure is as follows:
An objection to the accreditation status may be submitted by the Study Program Management Unit, by attaching/explaining the points in the field assessment Minutes of Meeting considered inappropriate. An objection to the accreditation result/decision may only be submitted once, with the appeal cost borne by the Study Program Management Unit. The Executive Board will consider the objection to the accreditation result/decision in accordance with the applicable appeal-handling instrument.
