
1. Preparations & Registration
Registration is done through the SIMAk LAM-PTKes portal. The Study Program Management Unit (SPMU) or Study Program must prepare administrative documents, such as:

2. Document Completion & Submission

The assessor team reviews the completeness and compatibility of the LED and LKPS. Preliminary validation is conducted prior to the field assessment.
4. Field Assessment
Assessors visit the study program to verify, validate, and clarify data. Assessment duration:
5. Report Validation & Finalization
The assessor prepares a draft assessment report and uploads it to SIMAk. The SPMU/Study Program may provide a response before the final report is approved.
6. Accreditation Decision
The Accreditation Council determines the accreditation rating based on the final report. The rating may be “Unggul” (Superior), “Baik Sekali” (Very Good), “Baik” (Good), or “Tidak Memenuhi Syarat” (Not Eligible). The official decree and certificate are sent via SIMAk.
7. Submission of Objection (Appeal)
The Study Program may submit an appeal no later than three months after the Decree is issued.
8. Monitoring & Evaluation
IAAHEH monitors annual study program reports and public complaints during the accreditation period.
