In preparation for the 2026 Institutional Accreditation (Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi / APT), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) through the Quality Assurance Office (KPM) organized a Dissemination of the Institutional Accreditation Instrument (IAPT). The event was held at the Borobudur Room, 3rd Floor, Prof. Dr. Retnoningsih Satmoko Building, and was attended by university leaders and accreditation support teams across UNNES.
The event was officially opened by the Rector of UNNES, who emphasized the importance of readiness among all university elements in facing the institutional accreditation process. The Rector highlighted that accreditation is not merely an external evaluation, but also a strategic moment for reflection and continuous quality improvement across all units within the university.
Prior to the opening session, the Head of KPM delivered a report outlining the objectives of the dissemination, which aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the latest accreditation instrument and to align perspectives among stakeholders in preparing the required documents and supporting evidence for APT UNNES 2026.
The event was attended by Vice Rectors I, II, III, and IV, heads of Faculty/Study Program Management Units (UPPS), leaders of supporting units, quality assurance representatives, and the UNNES APT 2026 taskforce team. Their presence reflected a strong collective commitment to achieving an excellent accreditation result.
The main session was delivered by Andryan Setyadharma, M.Si., Ph.D., who presented the substance of the IAPT 4.1 instrument issued by BAN-PT, including assessment criteria, performance indicators, and strategies for meeting the required standards. The session provided clear insights into the direction and focus of institutional accreditation assessment.
The discussion was moderated by Dr. Eram Tunggul Pawenang, S.KM., M.Kes., who facilitated an interactive session. Participants actively engaged in discussions and raised questions regarding the implementation of the IAPT instrument within their respective units.
Through this dissemination activity, participants are expected to gain a deeper understanding of the IAPT 4.1 instrument and be able to implement it effectively in preparing accreditation documents. This initiative also serves as a strategic step in strengthening synergy among units within UNNES to achieve an excellent institutional accreditation outcome in 2026.
