AQAS FIPP UNNES Holds Khotmil Qur’an and Tasyakuran
Semarang, March 8, 2025 — The Alliance of Qari and Qariah (AQAS) of the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) of Semarang State University (UNNES) held a Khotmil Qur’an and Tasyakuran activity on Friday, March 7, 2025. This activity was a momentum to strengthen spiritual values, increase love for the Qur’an, and strengthen friendship within the FIPP UNNES environment.
The event included a Quran recitation until completion, a communal prayer, and a thanksgiving ceremony attended by AQAS members and the academic community. According to documentation, the event also served as an opportunity to express appreciation to those involved in and supporting AQAS activities within the faculty.
This Qur’an recitation and thanksgiving ceremony reflect efforts to build an academic environment that is not only oriented toward the development of knowledge but also emphasizes character building and strengthening spiritual values. Joint religious activities can provide a space to foster togetherness, caring, and a spirit of mutual support among members of the campus community.
This activity is related to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Healthy and Prosperous Lives, particularly in the context of mental and social well-being. This activity provides a space for reflection, social support, and strengthening relationships among participants. The values of togetherness and community support are expected to contribute to a positive campus environment and support the well-being of the academic community.
Furthermore, this activity can be linked to SDG 2: Zero Hunger in a broader context, if the social awareness values developed through religious activities are followed up with concrete actions to support communities experiencing food insecurity. Through this activity, AQAS FIPP UNNES is expected to continue playing a role in building a religious, caring, and mutually supportive campus community.
