Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) managed to maintain its achievements as a university with the highest number of nationally-qualified Sinta indexed journals. This was announced in the Arjuna stretching activity (National Journal Accreditation) held by the Directorate General of Research and Technology Strengthening Research and Development at the University of Pancasila, (22/2).
UNNES has 94 nationally accredited journals. The UNNES journal which received rewards in Arjuna stretching activities consisted of the Paramita journal (60 million), Jejak (15 million), scientific Journal of Informatics (15 million), Educational Dynamics (15 million), Indonesian Politics (15 million), and Dynamics of Accounting ( 15 millions).
Menristekdikti, Prof. Mohamad Nasir appreciated the swot of UNNES in its efforts to republish the institutions through scopus indexed journals. In addition, the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education with the Director General of Research and Development and the Director General of Belmawa congratulated on the acquisition of an award for journalists in the national education sector.
UNNES rector, Prof. Fathur Rokhman really grateful and thanked for the achievement. “UNNES hopes to be able to increase the achievement become cluster 1. To realize this goal, efforts are needed to attain the number of scopus indexed journals,” he added.
Geliat Arjuna’s activities were attended by the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Menristekdikti), Director General of Research and Development, Director General of Student Learning, Director General of Higher Education Science and Technology Resources, rector of the Pancasila University, Ministry of Environment Officials and 400 Journal Managers in Indonesia .
