UNNES Conducted Professors Go To School in Jeddah

The delegation of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) got a great opportunity to corporate with the Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia in Jeddah, Monday (4/11). Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Jeddah, Mohamad Hery Saripudin express deepest appreciation to the delegation UNNES. According to him, the Consulate General of Jeddah is a special because Consulate General of Jeddah is a labor diplomacy service of Indonesian citizens. One of the unique services is Umroh and Hajj issues. There are many special cases that Consulate General has to face including the protection of Indonesian workers both legal and illegal. Besides, the Consulate General of Jeddah also organized Indonesian School in Jeddah that have 1327 students.
On this occasion, UNNES held a program of Professors Go to School among nations. Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman M Hum, Prof Dr Rustono M Hum, and Dr S Martono MSi spoke at the motivation and encouragement session to Indonesian school students in Jeddah to become leaders in the future. Prof Dr Achmad Slamet MSi and Prof Dr Tri Joko Raharjo MPd provides material on the 2013 curriculum to teachers at the Indonesian School in Jeddah. The program ended with a public lecture of UNNES Rector in front of a gathering of Indonesian students studying in Jeddah, Mecca and surrounding areas.
