Two UNNES Students Join International Conference on Innovative in Education 2017 in Thailand

Dirjen Belmawa Kemristekdikti gave the opportunity to two students of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) who is the alumni of Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Tanah Air Nusantara (Permata) batch 2016 to participate in International Conference on Education (ICIE) 2017 conducted by Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University in Thailand during two days (24-25/11/2017).
They are Andar Jaya Parotua (Mathematics) Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Dessy Ratna Puspita (Chemical Engineering) Faculty of Engineering, released by Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Prof Rustono, Tuesday (21/11/2017) at rectorate UNNES Sekaran campus Gunungpati.
The event was attended by the Dean of Faculty of Engineering Dr. Nur Qudus, Dean of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Prof. Zaenuri, and related officials in UNNES.
Prof Rustono advised to students to take an active role in the International Conference through question and answer session and hopefully can get the knowledge gained there to be transmitted to junior students of Permata Program 2017.
Andar Jaya Parotua and Dessy Ratna Puspita stated that both of them together with five other students will represent Indonesia as representative student of Indonesia on the program. During the conference program the activities include workshop and Oral Presentation with the theme of Building Professional Learning Communities in Improving Science and Technology Education.
