There are 10 students of Faculty of Engineering Universitas Negeri Semarang (FT UNNES) following Proffesional, Engineering, Leadership, Teamwork, and Awareness Camp (PELTAC) 2018 for six days start from January 25 – 30, 2018 in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The students are Siti Hardiyanti Pradana (Chemistry Engineering 2014), Muhammad Afnan Mubarok (Chemistry Engineering 2014), Lu’luatul Khoiriyah (Chemistry Engineering 2014), Lutfiana RahmandaIkna Dewi (Chemistry Engineering 2014), Hanif Abdillah (Chemistry Engineering 2014), Nindy Septian Cahyarini (Chemistry Engineering 2014), Doni Saputra (Chemistry Engineering 2016), Nur Arifin (Mechanical Engineering 2015), Arya Alief Pambudi (Mechanical Engineering 2013), Ahmad Rifai (Mechanical Engineering 2014).
They will follow a sort of tentatives like seminar, workshop, debate competition, public speaking competition, and outbond together with another participants from various country including Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
During farewell to the team, Vice Rector of Academic Affair of UNNES Dr Bambang Br said that the students should follow all of the activities conducted by UTM, show that UNNES’s student able to compete with the other universities from Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore to presents UNNES as International University.
The dean on Faculty of Engineering Dr Nur Qudus MT explained that hopefully the students can take the advantage of this event as self improvement and chance to get an scholarship access to continue their study from UTM.
Vice of Dean III of Faculty of Engineering Dr Wirawan Sumbodo MT also explained that this event is in line with UNNES’s mission as International Reputation. This event is also give a chance for students to give their contribution in the international event.
Coordinator of cooperation staff of Faculty of Engineering Ir Agus Nugroho SPd MT IPP added that hopefully this event could give a strengthening in international experiences and also the cooperation between UNNES and UTM.
