The Ministry of Education and Culture (MOEC ) of the Republic Indonesia launch the Teaching Campus Program, Tuesday (9/2) at 13.00 p.m.
The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Merdeka-Belajar Kampus-Merdeka (MBKM) policy. This program aims to give the solutions for primary schools affected by the pandemic by empowering college students who live around that region, and assist teachers or headmaster in implementing learning activities, especially in literacy and numeracy learners, as well as assisting the adaptation of technology in the learning process, both offline and online learning.
According to the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Teaching Campus Program is considered capable of providing the benefits of symbiotic mutualism that occurs between elementary schools and college students.
The Teaching Campus Program also provides the payment of the semesters, the allowance aid, and admission of course conversion of 12 credits for selected students.
On this occasion, Rector of Universitas Negeri Semarang Prof Dr. Fathur Rokhman MHum supported the Teaching Campus Program policy initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture. He hopes that students will have the opportunity to increase their interpersonal skills as well as the teaching experience. Prof Fathur encouraged UNNES students to take part in the Teaching Campus Program.
