Biography

Prof. Dr. Siti Baitul Mukarromah, S.Si., M.Si.Med., is an academic and innovator in Sports Science, particularly in Sports Nutrition. As a scientist, she developed Aquarobics, an aquatic-based exercise innovation that has received Intellectual Property Rights (HKI). Aquarobics is designed to enhance fitness and effectively reduce obesity. She has also introduced innovations such as Batik Kormi, aerobic exercise dumbbells, floating belts for water-based exercises, and patented Aquarobics training methods.

Prof. Siti plays a significant role in various international academic forums, serving as a keynote speaker at conferences such as ICOPSHS, FAOPS 2023, and ICSSH, and as an International Judge Level 4 FIG de Gymnastics. Additionally, she is an active Sports Nutrition Science Consultant at PPLOP Central Java, PSSI Central Java, and the Indonesian Hajj Academy, as well as a speaker in numerous national and international sports training programs. Her work has earned national and international recognition, including the Young Investigator Award in Bangkok, Thailand. Her dedication to advancing science and sports continues to make a significant impact in academia and the broader community.
