One of Academic Staffs of UNNES Won a Trophy in the UK

 
Universitas Negeri Semarang keeps on its great track to generate prestigious achievements. The most recent one comes from one of its teaching staffs who is currently undergoing his study as Doctoral student in University of Bristol, UK. Agung Nugroho secured his way to win Garuda Cup 2019, an indoor football or well knows as Futsal tournament, conducted on Sunday 24 February in Oxford by the Indonesian students Association in the Great Britain (PPI UK).
The one-day annual competition held by PPI UK and attended by all Indonesian students from all over the Great Britain is one of prominent activities to generate the feeling of togetherness among Indonesian society in the country of Queen Elizabeth.
Agung wishes that this achievement could trigger other members of UNNES such as lecturers, academic staffs, and students to proactively improve their own quality to win every single competitions both in national and international level which they are involved in. If they can do it, they will bring the name of our university to be recognized by international communities which, in turn, will accelerate its target to be the university of cluster 1.
