Four UNNES Teams Qualify for the Student Digital Innovation Competition 2023

Four teams of students from Semarang State University (UNNES) have achieved success by advancing to the final round of the 2023 Student Digital Innovation Competition.

The success of these four teams is a source of pride as they went through a highly competitive process. The national competition, organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education, was participated by teams from various universities across Indonesia.

The four teams representing UNNES in the final round come from different divisions. In the Division of Digital Educational Technology Innovation, two teams successfully made it through, namely Team Sveta Sreca and Team Acitya.

Team Sveta Sreca, composed of M. Faris Al Hakim (Supervisor/Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences), Muhammad Zhafran Ammar, Yopi Julia Nurriski, Fitri Noor Apsari, and Elvara Siti Azzahra, will showcase their creative solutions. Meanwhile, Team Acitya, consisting of Detalia Noriza Munahefi (Supervisor/Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences), Hesty Ummi Wulandari, Azka Amani, and Syamilah Hanifah Yusro, is also prepared to compete in the final round.

UNNES also sent a delegation from the Division of Digital Educational Learning Innovation, named Team Kichi.

Team Kichi, with Adi Satrio Adriansyah (Supervisor/Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences), Danika Dian Khoirunnisa’, Tasya Diva Fortuna, Antonitya Tiaransa Martdiva, and Sintya Maharani, is ready to face tough competition with their innovative digital learning solutions.

In the Division of Digital Educational Microteaching, Team Sigma Nunki will represent UNNES with their creativity.

This team, consisting of Langlang Handayani (Supervisor/Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences), Ahmad Dhiyaul Wahid, Mahendra Cipta Pranantya, Asri Nur Imani, and Rahmanisa Nur Hidayati, has prepared an engaging digital learning approach using technology.

The final round of the 2023 Student Digital Innovation Competition will be held at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI) from July 4 to July 7, 2023.

UNNES Rector, Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si., welcomed the news with enthusiasm. He hopes that the UNNES teams will demonstrate their best performance and bring pride to the university.

“With the achievements they have made in the national selection stage, there are high hopes for the students and supervisors representing UNNES in this competition. They are ready to give their best, showcase exceptional innovation and creativity, and uphold UNNES’s reputation as one of the leading institutions in digital technology and learning,” expressed Prof. Martono.

Furthermore, UNNES believes that its students have great potential to create solutions that will bring positive changes in the digital world. Hopefully, the UNNES teams will deliver brilliant performances and bring back proud achievements for the university and the nation.
