Semarang, November 2, 2023 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) organized an interesting public lecture with the theme “Detox Your Mind: Creating Harmony Across Your Intellectual, Social, and Spiritual Aspects.” The event was attended by students and faculty advisors to explore knowledge and insights in maintaining a balance in life. This public lecture took place at the UNNES Prof. Wuryanto Auditorium and was officially opened by UNNES Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zaenuri, M.Si., Akt. In his address, he emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance in the intellectual, social, and spiritual aspects in everyday life.
The event was also supported by the Dharmawanita Association of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at UNNES. They played an active role in ensuring the smooth running of the event and providing various necessary support. The speakers invited to this public lecture were highly competent in their respective fields. Mrs. Edwindha Prafitra Nugraheni, S.Pd., M.Pd., a lecturer and counselor, as well as the UNNES PPKS Task Force, discussed the intellectual aspect and provided guidance to participants on maintaining balance in this aspect. Mr. Rohani, S.Pd., M.A., a lecturer and clergyman at UNNES, discussed the spiritual aspect of life. He shared insights on how to balance the demands of modern life with spiritual aspects. Finally, Mrs. Tirza Evyta Andayani, S.Psi., M.Psi., a Psychologist and consultant at Psikorapha, provided insights into the social and psychological aspects of daily life. She offered tips and strategies for maintaining social balance.
Participants of this public lecture were very enthusiastic in attending each presentation and discussion session. They actively asked questions and engaged in discussions with the speakers, making the event interactive and providing valuable insights.
