Mahasiswi Psikologi UNNES Raih Gelar Puteri Kebaya Indonesia 2026, Gaungkan Pemberdayaan Perempuan

Prestasi membanggakan kembali ditorehkan mahasiswi Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Nayla Shafavirly Arifianti, mahasiswi Program Studi Psikologi UNNES, berhasil meraih gelar Puteri Kebaya Indonesia 2026 pada ajang Pemilihan Puteri Kebaya Indonesia edisi ke-3. Kemenangan tersebut mengantarkan Nayla menjadi perempuan pertama yang membawa mahkota utama untuk Provinsi Jawa Tengah sekaligus menjadi pemenang pertama yang mengenakan hijab dalam sejarah penyelenggaraan ajang tersebut.

Perjalanan Nayla menuju panggung nasional dimulai sejak pertengahan tahun 2025 melalui seleksi tingkat regional. Berkat dedikasi dan persiapannya, ia berhasil meraih predikat 1st Runner Up Puteri Kebaya Jawa Tengah dan dipercaya mewakili Jawa Tengah 2 pada ajang nasional.

Selama masa karantina hingga grand final yang berlangsung pada 2–4 Juli 2026 di Hotel Merapi Merbabu, Yogyakarta, Nayla bersama para finalis mengikuti berbagai rangkaian kegiatan, di antaranya sashing ceremony, photoshoot dan videoshoot challenge, deep interview, gala dinner dan kegiatan charity. Pada hari kedua, para finalis mengikuti city tour ke Candi Prambanan, sesi preliminary yang meliputi talent show, catwalk challenge, advocacy speech, serta kelas koreografi sebagai persiapan menuju malam puncak grand final.

Pemilihan Puteri Kebaya Indonesia merupakan ajang yang bertujuan melahirkan perempuan muda yang mampu menjadi pionir dalam melestarikan kebaya sebagai warisan budaya sekaligus memperkuat identitas bangsa. Tidak hanya berfokus pada penampilan, kompetisi ini juga menilai kapasitas intelektual, kepemimpinan, kepedulian sosial, serta program advokasi yang memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat.

Sebagai bentuk komitmennya terhadap pelestarian budaya dan pemberdayaan perempuan, Nayla menginisiasi gerakan KEMBANG (Kebaya Empowerment: Beauty, Action, Nation, Grace) dengan tagar #PerempuaNAYuBERKEBAYA yang diluncurkan pada Hari Kebaya Nasional, 24 Juli 2025. Gerakan ini berangkat dari kampanye #LoveYourself yang ia gagas sejak 2020 untuk mendorong perempuan lebih percaya diri dan mengenali potensinya. Komitmen tersebut juga diwujudkan melalui pemberdayaan ibu-ibu PKK Desa Dologan serta edukasi budaya kepada anak-anak melalui dongeng Roro Jonggrang sambil mengenakan kebaya.

Bagi Nayla, gelar Puteri Kebaya Indonesia bukan sekadar pencapaian pribadi, melainkan amanah untuk terus menginspirasi generasi muda agar bangga terhadap budaya bangsa serta berani mengambil peran dalam memberdayakan masyarakat. Prestasi ini sekaligus menjadi bukti bahwa mahasiswa UNNES mampu berprestasi di tingkat nasional dengan menghadirkan karya, gagasan, dan aksi nyata yang memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat serta pelestarian budaya Indonesia.
