Mahasiswa FIP melaksanakan Credit Transfer ke Trnava University, Slovakia

Sebanyak dua mahasiswa jurusan PGPAUD Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) rombongan belajar (rombel) internasional Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mengikuti kegiatan Opening Ceremony di Trnava University yang berlokasi di kota Trnava, Slovakia, Senin (30/9) lalu.
Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk seluruh mahasiswa baru termasuk mahasiswa FIP yang mengikuti program Credit Transfer. Mereka akan melakukan selama tiga bulan (September-Desember). Program ini dibiayai penuh dari pihak Erasmus+ sebagai bagian dari kerjasama yang telah dirintis sejak 2016 bersama dengan pihak Trnava University, Prof Branislav Pupala.
Dua mahasiswa semester lima ini yakni Istiqomah dan Alfirda Dewi Nugrahaeni akan menempuh 39 credits dengan enam mata kuliah yaitu academic writing, theory of early childhood education, social and regional studies, natural science and technical education, school physical and health education, dan art therapy.
Program ini merupakan angkatan kedua, sebelumnya Februari 2019 FIP juga memberangkatkan dua mahasiswa lain atas nama Tira dan Damaris. Koordinator program Credit Transfer Erasmus+, Dr Dana Masarykova sangat komunikatif dan membantu dalam hal akademik. Adanya peer buddy juga mempermudah mahasiswa sejak saat kedatangan di bandara (Vienna) hingga menuju dormitory. Mereka juga membantu mahasiswa dalam beradaptasi di lingkungan baru selama di Slovakia.
Kesempatan langka ini akan mendidik para mahasiswa untuk dapat ‘survive’ dan mengembangkan diri, diharapkan ilmu yang didapat ditularkan bagi mahasiswa lain. Sehingga akan timbul motivasi bagi mahasiswa lain untuk dapat lebih giat belajar dan berusaha.
Para mahasiswa yang mengikuti program Credit Transfer ini dituntut membuat laporan tertulis yang isinya berupa proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dan ringkasan materi perkuliahan untuk selanjutnya dipresentasikan di depan para dosen dan mahasiswa.
