Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), through its Quality Assurance Office (KPM), organized a Socialization of KPM Programs for Quality Assurance Teams (GPM) at the Faculty/School Level (UPPS) and Institutions on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
The event took place at Meeting Room 405, 4th Floor of the Rectorate Building, and was attended by heads and members of Quality Assurance Groups (GPM) from faculties, postgraduate school, and various units within UNNES.
This activity was conducted as part of efforts to support the implementation of KPM’s 2026 work programs and to strengthen coordination between KPM and quality assurance units at faculty and institutional levels. It also serves as a strategic step in preparing UNNES for Institutional Accreditation (APT), study program accreditation, and international accreditation processes.
The event began with participant registration, followed by an opening session and remarks from the Head of KPM. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of readiness across all study programs in facing accreditation processes, both at the national and international levels, as part of a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
The agenda continued with a presentation on the organizational structure and main duties of KPM, followed by a session on the 2026 work programs of the Center for the Development of Analysis Systems and Quality Assurance. Participants also received information regarding the Higher Education Database (PD-Dikti) work programs and the SIPP validator socialization.
Throughout the event, participants actively engaged in discussions and interactive sessions, reflecting strong enthusiasm and commitment to strengthening the quality assurance system within their respective units.
Through this activity, it is expected that all GPM teams at UNNES will gain a comprehensive understanding of KPM policies and programs, enabling them to effectively implement sustainable quality assurance practices.
The event concluded at 12:00 PM WIB, with hopes of fostering stronger synergy between KPM and GPM in building a culture of quality excellence at UNNES.
