Faculty of Law UNNES has a collaboration with Corruption Eradication Commission and The ministry of higher education. This collaboration created a seminar by the theme “Challenges and Enforcements in Fighting against Corruption by Knowledge Basis”. Present as speaker, Prof Dr Jamal Wiwoho SH MHum the corruption enforcer expert, Laode M Syarif SH LLM PhD The vice leader of Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission, and Dr Indah Sri Utari SH MHum the Director of study center and anticorruption education of UNNES. The seminar was taken place in hotel Grasia Semarang, Wednesday (10/4).
Rector UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman Mhum stated, UNNES keep committing to preserve integrity as well as against corruption.
“As real proof of anti-corruption support, UNNES has made an integrated zone or anti-corruption area that launched in 2017” clear Mr Rector.
Rector also suggest all participants to give the donation as scientific study to support Corruption Eradication Commission against corruption.
Laode M Syarif on his statement embracing the participant to keep doing prevention and eradication of corruption.
“Student has to be equipped practical skill, not only theories and articles in law. This is to train the ability and the sensitivity when finding the law abuse,” said Laoda.
Meanwhile Prof Jamal Wiwoho said the importance of leader role in eradicating corruption.
“The nation leaders has to be example for society by keeping the trust and keeping the honesty upon people’s trust,” said Mr Jamal.
Dr Rodiyah as the Dean of Law Faculty gives support on scientific activity in eradicating corruption like they had today.
“We will not stop here, The Faculty of Law UNNES will keep supporting on similar scientific activity to create study result for sake of eradicating corruption”.
