Kemudahan mendapatkan pinjaman melalui aplikasi digital tidak selalu dibarengi dengan pemahaman yang cukup mengenai risiko di baliknya. Kondisi ini mendorong tim Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Negeri Semarang (FISIP UNNES) memberikan penguatan literasi keuangan kepada guru PAUD dan TK di Kecamatan Banyumanik, Kota Semarang.

Sebanyak 20 guru PAUD dan TK mengikuti kegiatan yang digelar di PAUD dan TK Setulus Hati, Padangsari, Banyumanik, pada Jumat (4/7/2025). Melalui kegiatan tersebut, para peserta diajak memahami cara mengelola keuangan keluarga sekaligus mengenali risiko penggunaan pinjaman online yang tidak bijak. PM Hafiz Rafi Uddin

Kegiatan bertajuk “Edukasi Pinjaman Online dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat pada Keluarga Guru-Guru PAUD dan TK se-Kecamatan Banyumanik” tersebut diinisiasi tim Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan FISIP UNNES yang diketuai Hafiz Rafi Uddin, S.H., S.Pd.I., M.H., bersama Ruhadi, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.Si. dan Natal Kristiono, S.Pd., M.H. Tiga mahasiswa FISIP UNNES juga terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. PM Hafiz Rafi Uddin

Bagi para guru, persoalan pinjaman online menjadi dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari karena berbagai tawaran pembiayaan kini dapat dengan mudah masuk melalui media sosial maupun pesan pribadi. Di tengah kemudahan tersebut, kemampuan membedakan layanan yang legal dan ilegal menjadi penting agar keputusan finansial tidak justru menambah beban ekonomi keluarga.

Karena itu, kegiatan tidak hanya membahas bahaya pinjaman online. Peserta juga diajak menyusun pola pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih sehat, memahami bunga dan risiko utang, mengenali hak sebagai konsumen, serta mencari alternatif pembiayaan yang lebih aman.

Diskusi berlangsung aktif ketika peserta berbagi pengalaman dan kekhawatiran terkait tawaran pinjaman yang mereka temui melalui kanal digital. Tim FISIP UNNES kemudian memberikan penjelasan mengenai ciri layanan keuangan yang aman serta langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghindari pinjaman ilegal. PM Hafiz Rafi Uddin

Penguatan tersebut dilengkapi dengan modul literasi keuangan digital, panduan perlindungan konsumen, buku saku, infografik, serta materi edukasi mengenai penggunaan pinjaman online secara bijak. Peserta juga mendapat wawasan mengenai pengembangan usaha dan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi keluarga. PM Hafiz Rafi Uddin

Melalui kegiatan ini, guru tidak hanya diposisikan sebagai penerima informasi. Mereka juga diharapkan dapat meneruskan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat kepada keluarga maupun lingkungan pendidikan di sekitarnya.

Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai perbedaan pinjaman legal dan ilegal, risiko bunga tinggi, pengelolaan anggaran keluarga, serta pilihan pembiayaan yang lebih aman. Penguatan literasi tersebut menjadi salah satu langkah preventif untuk menjaga stabilitas dan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. PM Hafiz Rafi Uddin

Program ini didukung pendanaan Rp5.500.000 dari DPA FISIP UNNES Tahun 2025. Dukungan tersebut digunakan untuk pelaksanaan keseluruhan program edukasi dan pendampingan, bukan sebagai bantuan uang tunai kepada peserta. Mitra kegiatan turut memberikan dukungan fasilitas berupa tempat kegiatan dan perlengkapan pendukung.

Melalui kegiatan pengabdian seperti ini, FISIP UNNES terus mendorong agar pengetahuan yang berkembang di perguruan tinggi hadir lebih dekat dengan persoalan sehari-hari masyarakat dan memberi manfaat yang dapat diterapkan secara langsung.
