SEMARANG – Ahead of the prestigious Abdidaya Ormawa 2026 awards, the Faculty of Law at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) is continuing to refine its strategic steps in community service. On June 10, 2026, the Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPK Ormawa) Team from the UNNES Faculty of Law Student Study Center (PSC) held a Sarasehan event with strategic partners.

This event in Semarang was especially significant as it was directly attended and supported by the UNNES Vice Rector I. University and faculty leaders emphasized that this Sarasehan is not just an ordinary consolidation agenda but a crucial moment to reaffirm their commitment to community service. Through strong collaboration, students are continually encouraged to design and implement empowerment programs that are not only innovative but also sustainable and have a real impact on the well-being of the community.

Furthermore, the organizers believe that the success of an empowerment program heavily depends on cross-sector synergy. Through strong collaboration between university elements, students as agents of change, and field partners, PPK Ormawa PSC FH UNNES is optimistic about making a real contribution to creating inclusive village and community development.

This service initiative led by law students is directly integrated with three pillars of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely:

  • SDG 4 (Quality Education): Providing non-formal education spaces and knowledge transfer between the academic community and target communities.
  • SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): Building the self-reliance of local communities through empowerment programs that consider environmental and social sustainability aspects.
  • SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Fostering harmonious synergy between the campus, local government, and community leaders in achieving development targets.
With this spirit of togetherness, the PPK Ormawa PSC FH UNNES Team declares its readiness not only to compete in the Abdidaya Ormawa 2026 event but, more importantly, to continue being present and providing maximum benefits for the progress of the nation.
