SEMARANG – The Faculty of Law at Semarang State University (UNNES) has once again made a strategic move to expand its outreach to the wider community. On June 10, 2026, the UNNES Faculty of Law officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) of the Nahdlatul Ulama Regional Board (PW NU) in Central Java, Semarang.
This strategic meeting between the higher education institution and the legal aid organization was initiated as a concrete effort to strengthen institutional synergy, particularly in the fields of advocacy, legal education, and community service implementation. The leadership of the UNNES Faculty of Law emphasized that this collaboration is not just about fulfilling administrative documents, but a tangible form of joint commitment to promoting inclusive access to justice for all layers of society, without exception.
Through this collaboration, the academic community of FH UNNES is expected to directly engage and synergize with practitioners from LBH PW NU Central Java to provide legal assistance and education to underprivileged communities. This synergy is also seen as crucial to supporting the creation of a sustainable law enforcement system in Indonesia.
