SEMARANG – In an effort to maintain the quality of education and produce competitive law graduates, the Faculty of Law at Semarang State University (UNNES) is once again conducting the recruitment process for teaching staff. On April 7, 2026, the UNNES Law Faculty held interviews and microteaching sessions for prospective contract lecturers for FH UNNES 2026.
The implementation of the 2026 contract lecturer recruitment is seen as a strategic step for the faculty in bringing in competent, high-integrity teachers who can make a positive impact on education. Candidates are assessed for their suitability, from their mastery of legal subjects to their teaching abilities in simulated classes, as well as their personal character.
Realizing the importance of an educator’s role, FH UNNES emphasizes that this recruitment activity is carried out by prioritizing professional and transparent principles. This clean and open process is specifically designed to select teachers who not only have cognitive intelligence but also integrity and are ready to make real contributions to the development of the university’s three main missions.
This strict recruitment policy also demonstrates the academic community’s contribution to the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda. By facilitating educators with integrity, FH UNNES directly supports the achievement of SDG 4 on Quality Education while also strengthening the foundation of SDG 16 on Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
This progressive step is expected to bring fresh energy to the Faculty of Law at UNNES. Hopefully, with the arrival of young lecturers selected through a strict selection process, the quality of academic teaching at FH UNNES will become increasingly strong and high-quality.
