The Bachelor of Education in Sendratasik Study Program at the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS), UNNES, has officially achieved “Unggul” (Excellent) accreditation from the Independent Accreditation Institute for Education (LAMDIK). This designation is stated in Decree Number 850/SK/LAMDIK/Ak/S/VII/2025, with an accreditation score of 376.
This accreditation is valid for five years, effective from July 3, 2025, to July 2, 2030.
This achievement marks the recognition of the quality of education, research, and community service carried out by the Sendratasik Study Program at FBS UNNES. The study program was assessed as having met the highest standards in terms of governance, curriculum, human resources, and student learning outcomes.
The Dean of FBS UNNES, Professor Dr. Tommi Yuniawan, M.Hum., expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the entire academic community of the Sendratasik Study Program.
“This ‘Unggul’ accreditation is the fruit of the collective hard work of our lecturers, education staff, and students. We extend our congratulations and thanks for their extraordinary dedication to continuously maintaining and improving quality,” the dean stated at the FBS UNNES campus.
The dean added that this achievement also presents a challenge to uphold quality and strengthen the character of arts education, making it adaptable to contemporary dynamics.
Furthermore, attaining this “Unggul” accreditation supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4: “Quality Education” and Goal 11: “Sustainable Cities and Communities.” Through arts education that is inclusive, adaptive, and rooted in local cultural values, the Sendratasik Study Program helps foster a creative, tolerant, and civilized society.
LAMDIK’s “Unggul” accreditation serves as a strategic foundation for the Sendratasik Study Program to expand its collaboration network, both nationally and internationally, and to enhance the competitiveness of its graduates in the creative industries and arts education. (DHZ)
