On Friday (29/3) UNNES held “UNNES and Partners Networking Forum 2019”. This meeting was participated by UNNES bureaucracy, National guests, and International guests. This meeting was held to build inter-institution cooperation. Having presented the distinguish-guests the representative of BAPPENAS, Kemenristek dikti, Kemenhumham RI, KONI and UNNES’ partners.
The International guests coming over 10 countries, consisting 11 various University. They are representative from RMIT University Australia, University of Trnava Slovakia, SHBIE Universiti Brunei Darrusalam, Unissa Brunei Darussalam, President Ramon Magsaysay State University Philipines, Confucious Institute of China, Punjabi University Patiala India, Massey University New Zealand, Chung-Ang University South Korea, Ho Chi Minh University of Pedagogy Vietnam, dan Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia.
UNNES rector, Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum sending gratitude for partner’s support in towering UNNES. “This inter-university partnership is a proof that UNNES upholds the vision. It is becoming conservation inside university and International reputation. In the last five years, we have made agreements with universities all over ASEAN, Asia, Europe, even America. One of the importance of agreements is the readiness to face industry revolution 4.0. The readiness has to be prepared together trough innovation and creation”, said Mr Rector.
Prof Branislav Pupala PhD from University of Trnava Slovakia conveyed in his speech that UNNES is sucessful campus in young age.
“54 years is young age for a university. The average age of world universities is hundred of years spread in Europe and America, yet the oldest is thousand–located in Fez, Maroko. In young age, UNNES has bright future. UNNES has been coorpoting with my university in Slovakia. We transfer our student vise versa, and here I am representing the cooperation between institution. The cooperation very well-built, I hope this cooperation to be continued for bringing positif impact to all stakeholders”, said Mr Branislav.
There was cooperation pact signing between UNNES and 11 foreign universities. Then UNNES also have the signing from national partners. The MoU signing session ended by souvenir exchange as partnership symbol inter-institution.
Focus Group Discussion became the facility of breeding potential partnership inter-institution. The discussion result would be realized as further partnership.
